摘 要:滤波片单色性测量实验是大学物理实验的内容,单色仪测定光谱透射率是此实验单色性测量的基本方法.利用迈克尔逊干涉仪测定滤波片单色性、全自动图像测量采集等方法逐渐被科研工作者采纳.尽管实验仪器逐步优化,测量方法不断创新,但是测量误差仍然存在,光谱图像伴随着杂波干扰,极大程度影响学生实验效率.本研究旨在利用一种MATLAB程序和App Designer界面设计,结合光学仪器进行定标检验,对采集的多组图像进行预处理、频谱图设计提取与滤波除杂等优化操作,提高实验图谱精度,实现更精准地完成单色性的分析.Filter monochromacy measurement experiment is the basic content of the university’s physical experiments, and monochromator determination of spectral transmittance is the basic method of this experimental monochromaticity measurement. With the deepening of research, the use of Michelson interferometer to determine the monochromaticity of filters, automatic image measurement acquisition device and other methods have gradually been adopted by researchers. Despite the gradual optimization of experimental instruments and continuous innovation of measurement methods, the measurement error still exists. Spectral images are accompanied by clutter interference, which greatly affects the experimental efficiency of students.This study aims to complete a MATLAB program by using App Designer interface design and combine with optical instruments for calibration inspection, pre-processing of multiple sets of images acquired, spectrum design extraction, filtering and impurity removal, etc., to improve the accuracy of experimental maps, which is helpful for students to complete monochromatic analysis in the laboratory.
