国际史研究方法下的中国体育:评《奥林匹克之梦——中国与体育1895-2008》

摘　　要：文章运用文献资料法、历史分析法对徐国琦教授的《奥林匹克之梦——中国与体育1895-2008》(以下简称《梦》)一书进行评论,以期为体育史理论的发展提供参考。研究认为:《梦》运用了国际史的研究方法,围绕“中国化”和“国际化”双重脉络,探讨了中国人利用体育来寻求民族认同,改善国家命运,提高国际地位,走向国际化等问题。《梦》的内容具有延续性、扩展性、故事性、视野下移等特点,《梦》一书也有忽视历史问题复杂性的局限。从历史时间与历史空间两个角度,对比了国际史与国别史在体育史研究中的区别,国际史的史学时间具有共时性和弹性的特点,史学空间也得到了相应拓展,未来体育史研究应融合国际史与国别史的研究视野,拓宽体育史的研究思路。The article comments on Professor Xu Guoqi’s Olympic Dreams: China and Sports, 1895-2008(hereinafter referred to as Dream) by using the methods of literature review and historical analysis, aiming to provide a reference for the further development of sports history theory. The research shows that Dream, by using the research method of international history and focusing on the dual context of "localization in China" and "internationalization", explores the issue of how Chinese people used sports to seek for national identity, improve national destiny, enhance international status, and move toward internationalization. The ook presents its content like telling a story in a continuous, extendable and down-to-earth way. Dream also has the limitation of ignoring the complexity of historical issues. From the perspective of historical time and historical space, this paper compares the differences between international history and national history in the study of sports history. The historical time of international history has the characteristics of synchronicity and flexibility, and the historical space has been greatly expanded. Future sports history research should integrate the research horizons of international history and national history so as to broaden the research ideology of sports history.
