白癜风胶囊联合他克莫司软膏治疗白癜风患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察白癜风胶囊联合他克莫司软膏治疗白癜风患者的效果。方法:选取2020年1月至2021年6月该院收治的78例白癜风患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各39例。两组均给予窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗,在此基础上,对照组采用他克莫司软膏治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合白癜风胶囊治疗。比较两组临床疗效、色素沉着斑点出现时间、治疗前后皮损色素积分、血清免疫球蛋白(Ig)水平,以及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为84.62%(33/39),高于对照组的64.10%(25/39),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组色素沉着斑点出现时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组皮损色素积分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组IgG、IgM和IgA水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:白癜风胶囊联合他克莫司软膏治疗白癜风患者可提高治疗总有效率和皮损色素积分,促进黑色素沉着,减轻自身免疫功能障碍,效果优于单纯他克莫司软膏治疗。Objective: To observe effects of vitiligo capsules combined with Tacrolimus ointment in treatment of patients with vitiligo.Methods: A prospective study was conducted on 78 patients with vitiligo admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to June 2021. They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, 39 cases in each. Both groups were treated with narrow-spectrum medium-wave ultraviolet irradiation. On this basis, the control group was treated with Tacrolimus ointment, while the observation group was treated with vitiligo capsules on the basis of that of the control group. The clinical efficacy, the occurrence time of pigmentation spots,the pigment integral score of skin lesions before and after the treatment, the serum immunoglobulin(Ig) level and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 84.62%(3/39), which was higher than the control group of 64.10%(25/39), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The occurrence time of pigmentation spots in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After the treatment, the pigment integral score of skin lesions of the two groups were higher than those before the treatment, that of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After the treatment, the levels of IgG, IgM and IgA in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment, those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).
