坤泰胶囊联合雌激素替代疗法治疗围绝经期综合征患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察坤泰胶囊联合雌激素替代疗法治疗围绝经期综合征患者的效果。方法:选取2020年1月至2021年12月该院收治的110例围绝经期综合征患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组各55例。对照组采用雌激素替代疗法治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合坤泰胶囊治疗,比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后性激素指标[卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)和雌二醇(E2)]水平,不同时间更年期症状(Kupperman评分),以及不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为94.54%(52/55),高于对照组的81.82%(45/55),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组FSH和LH水平均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,两组E2水平均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗2、4、8、12周后,两组Kupperman评分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:坤泰胶囊联合雌激素替代疗法治疗围绝经期综合征患者可提高治疗总有效率,改善性激素指标水平,降低Kupperman评分,其效果优于单纯雌激素替代疗法治疗。Objective: To observe effects of Kuntai capsules combined with estrogen replacement therapy on perimenopausal syndrome.Methods: A prospective study was conducted on 110 patients with perimenopausal syndrome admitted to this hospital from January 2020 to December 2021. They were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method, 55 cases in each group. The control group was treated with estrogen replacement therapy, while the study group was treated with Kuntai capsules on the basis of that of the control group. The treatment effect, the sex hormone index levels [follicle stimulating hormone(FSH), luteinizing hormone(LH) and estradiol(E2)] before and after the treatment, the menopausal symptoms(Kupperman score) at different times, and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: The effective rate of treatment in the study group was 94.54%(52/55), which was higher than 81.82%(45/55) in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After the treatment, the levels of FSH and LH in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment, and those in the study group were lower than the control group;the levels of E2 in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment, and those in the study group were higher than the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). 2, 4,8 and 12 weeks after the treatment, the Kupperman scores of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment, those of the the study group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). However, there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusions: Kuntai capsules combined with estrogen replacement therapy in the treatment of the patients with perimenopausal syndrome can improve the treatment efficiency, improve the levels of sex hormone index, reduce and the Kupperman score.
