注水式结肠镜检查在结肠息肉病变诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:观察注水式结肠镜检查在结肠息肉病变诊断中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析2020年8月至2021年11月该院收治的235例结肠息肉患者的临床资料,按检查方式不同将其分为对照组110例与观察组125例。对照组采用传统注气式结肠镜检查,观察组采用注水式结肠镜检查。比较两组肠道清洁度评分、结肠息肉病变检出率、进镜时间、退镜时间和疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]评分。结果:观察组肠道清洁度评分高于对照组,结肠息肉病变检出率为46.40%(58/125),高于对照组的25.45%(28/110),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组进镜时间和退镜时间均长于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:注水式结肠镜检查应用于结肠息肉病变诊断可提高肠道清洁度评分和结肠息肉病变检出率,降低疼痛程度评分,效果优于传统注气式结肠镜检查,但会延长进镜时间和退镜时间。Objective: To observe application value of water-aided colonoscopy in diagnosis of colonic polys. Methods: The clinical data of 235 patients with colon polyps admitted to this hospital from August 2020 to November 2021 were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into control group(110 cases) and observation group(125 cases) according to different examination methods. The control group was examined by traditional air injection colonoscopy, while the observation group was examined by water-aided colonoscopy. The score of intestinal cleanliness, the detection rate of colonic polyps, the entry time, the withdrawal time, and the pain degree [visual analogue scale(VAS)] were compared between the two groups. Results: The intestinal cleanliness score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group;the detection rate of colonic polyps was 46.40%(58/125), which was higher than 25.45%(28/110) of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further, the entry time and the withdrawal time of the observation group were longer than those of the control group, the VAS score was lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions: The water-aided colonoscopy in the diagnosis of colonic polyp lesions can improve the intestinal cleanliness score and the detection rate of colonic polyp lesions, and the effect of reducing pain score is better than that of traditional air injection colonoscopy;however, it is necessary to prolong the colonoscope entry time and the withdrawal time.
