摘　　要：本文报告3例符合WHO不明原因儿童急性肝炎诊断建议的病例,其中病例3检测出人腺病毒C组,且病毒复制量相对较高,其可能与患者的肝功能损害相关,但其发病机制需进一步研究确证。This paper reports 3 cases of acute hepatitis of unknown cause in children who met the case definition of WHO.Human adenovirus group C was detected in case 3,and the quantity of viral DNA was relatively high,which may be related to the liver function damage in the patient,but its role in pathogenesis needs further study to confirm.
