摘  要:细胞焦亡是一种基因调控的炎性细胞死亡,其依赖于炎性小体的形成与活化,随后切割pro-IL-1β、pro-IL-18与焦孔素D蛋白(GSDMD),后者在细胞膜上形成孔道,最终导致细胞肿胀破裂、炎性因子释放。在病毒感染过程中,细胞可识别感染信号产生焦亡,有利于清除入侵的病原体,然若炎性小体过度激活,也会引起不同程度机体损伤;病毒也可通过多种机制对焦亡过程进行抑制,以利于自身复制。焦亡过程中,病毒与宿主相互作用,可调控细胞焦亡,与病毒感染性疾病的发生密切相关。研究病毒感染导致的细胞焦亡,可为病毒性疾病的发病机制探索和治疗提供新的思路。Pyroptosis is a gene-regulated inflammatory cell death that relies on the formation and activation of inflammasome,followed by the cleavage of pro-IL-1β,pro-IL-18,and gasdermin D(GSDMD),which form pores in the cell membrane,Results ing in cell swelling rupture and release of inflammatory factors.In the process of virus infection,cells can recognize the signal of infection and produce pyroptosis,which is beneficial to remove the invading pathogens.However,if the inflammasome is overactivated,it will also cause different degrees of body damage.The virus can also inhibit the pyroptosis through various mechanisms to facilitate its replication.The virus interacts with the host to regulate pyroptosis,which is closely related to the occurrence of viral infectious diseases.The study of pyroptosis caused by virus infection can provide a new idea for the pathogenesis and treatment of viral infectious diseases.This article reviews the molecular mechanism of pyroptosis caused by virus infection.
