摘　　要：目的 通过全国20家医院2 884例孕产期心身障碍(PPPSD)孕妇临床大样本数据,验证集医学、生物学、控制论、心理学、音乐治疗学、教育学、系统论及社会学等多学科合作模式的生理调控、心理调节及音乐调理(PPM)临床诊疗系统治疗PPPSD孕妇入睡困难、易醒、尿频、恶心、呕吐、便秘、胃胀、胸闷、口干及肌肉酸痛10项常见躯体症状的临床疗效。方法 对2016年6月-2021年6月在浦江县妇幼保健院等全国20家医院孕产妇心身健康门诊研究基地应用PPM治疗的2 884例PPPSD孕妇的临床疗效进行回顾研究。结果 治疗总有效率为98.34%(2 836/2 884),其中治疗显效率为77.84%(2 245/2 884),治疗进步率为20.49%(591/2 884),治疗无效率为1.66%(48/2 884)。对不同年龄、不同学历、不同职业、不同产妇类型及不同孕周的PPPSD孕妇疗效分别进行分组比较,治疗后各组变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),结果显示均取得显著疗效。结论 应用PPM治疗PPPSD疗效显著。Objective Through a retrospective analysis on the clinical large-sample data of 2 884 pregnant women with psychosomatic disorders in pregnancy and puerperium(PPPSD) in 20 hospitals in China, to verify the clinical effect of the physiological regulation, psychological adjustment, and music conditioning(PPM) clinical diagnosis and treatment system through the application of multi-disciplinary cooperation mode of medicine, biology, cybernetics, psychology, music therapy, pedagogy, system theory and sociology to treat PPPSD pregnant women with 10 common somatic symptoms of difficulty falling asleep, festless sleep, frequent urination, nausea, vomiting, constipation, stomach distention, chest tightness, dry mouth and muscle soreness.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on the clinical effect of 2 884 pregnant women with PPPSD treated with PPM in 20 national hospitals including the Maternal and Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Pujiang County from June 2016 to June 2021.Results The total effective rate was 98.34%(2 836/2 884),among which the apparent effective rate was 77.84%(2 245/2 884),the rate of treatment improvement was 20.49%(591/2 884),and the rate of treatment failure was 1.66%(48/2 884).Further group comparison of pregnant women with PPPSD based on different ages, degrees of education, occupations, types of pregnant women, gestational ages revealed no significant difference among these groups after treatment(P>0.05).The results indicated the achievement of significant curative effects.Conclusion PPM is effective in the treatment of PPPSD.
