摘 要:试验旨在比较分析张青贮系列谷子与青贮玉米的营养物质。试验对18个张青贮谷子品种和12个青贮玉米品种进行两年田间试验。结果显示:青贮谷子的含水量、粗蛋白、可溶性蛋白、中微量元素(钙、镁、钾、硫、氯)含量均高于青贮玉米,干物质、中性洗涤性纤维、酸性洗涤性纤维、粗脂肪、淀粉、总可消化养分含量以及泌乳净能、维持净能、增重净能均低于青贮玉米,青贮谷子和青贮玉米间磷元素和可溶性碳水化合物的含量差异不显著(P>0.05)。经主成分分析,供试的所有青贮谷子品种的综合评分均高于青贮玉米品种,综合评分前三的品种依次为张青贮19号、张青贮4号、张青贮3号。研究表明,青贮谷子能够为畜禽提供更多的蛋白质和中微量元素,而青贮玉米更有利于畜禽消化吸收。The experiment was to compare and analyze the nutrients of Zhang silage series millet and silage maize.Field experiments were carried out on 18 silage millet varieties and 12 silage maize varieties for two years.The results showed that silage millet in moisture,crude protein,soluble protein,trace elements(calcium,magnesium,potassium,sulfur,chlorine)content were higher than that of silage corn,the dry matter,neutral detergent fiber,acid washing fiber,crude fat,starch,total digestible nutrients,net energy of lactation,net energy of maintenance,net energy of weight gain were lower than that of silage corn,There was no significant difference in content of phosphorus and soluble carbohydrate between silage millet and silage corn(P>0.05).According to principal component analysis,the comprehensive scores of all silage millet varieties tested were higher than those of silage corn varieties,and the top three varieties in comprehensive scores were Zhang silage No.19,Zhang silage No.4 and Zhang silage No.3.The experiment indicates that silage millet can provide more protein and medium and trace elements for livestock and poultry,while silage maize is more conducive to the digestion and absorption of livestock and poultry.
