摘　　要：目的分析保妇康栓联合心理干预治疗宫颈炎合并人乳头瘤病毒(human papilloma virus,HPV)感染的有效性及对患者负面情绪的影响。方法入组研究对象是2019年4月~2021年4月本院120例宫颈炎合并HPV感染患者,分组依照随机法(每组60例),对比组接受保妇康治疗,病例组接受保妇康栓联合心理干预治疗;对比两组临床疗效,以及不同年龄段、不同病情阶段、不同居住地、不同文化程度患者汉密尔顿焦虑量表(Hamilton anxiety scale,HAMA)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton depression scale,HAMD)评分。结果病例组临床总有效率(96.67%)高于对比组(76.67%)(P<0.05)。病例组治疗后HAMA评分、HAMD评分均比对比组低(P<0.05)。结论保妇康栓联合心理干预可有效缓解宫颈炎合并HPV感染患者临床症状,减轻负面情绪。Objective To analyze the efficacy of Baofukang suppository combined with psychological intervention in the treatment of cervicitis complicated with human papilloma virus(HPV)infection and its effect on patients’negative emotion.Methods 120 patients with cervicitis complicated with HPV infection in our hospital from April 2019 to April 2021 were divided into two groups according to the random method(60 subjects in each group).The control group received Baofukang treatment,while the case group in the case group received Baofukang suppository combined with psychological intervention.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.The Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)scores were compared in patients with different age,different disease stages,different places of residence and different educational levels.Results The total clinical effective rate of the case group(96.67%)was higher than that of the control group(76.67%)(P<0.05).The HAMA score and HAMD score of the case group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Baofukang suppository combined with psychological intervention can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms and negative emotions of patients with cervicitis complicated with HPV infection.
