摘  要:目的 识别并检测中石化钻井行业工程服务公司的职业病危害因素,评价该用人单位工作场所存在的职业病危害因素浓度(强度)及职业病危害防护措施的防护效果,为该用人单位提出补充完善的建议,保障员工健康。方法 2021年4月,对中石化钻井行业工程服务公司采用常规职业卫生检测、评价方法,对接害人员的接触水平以及各职业健康措施等进行评价。结果 该工程服务公司的重点职业病危害因素有电焊烟尘、砂轮磨尘、木粉尘、其他粉尘、锰及其化合物、氮氧化物、电焊弧光(紫外辐射)、噪声等,焊接岗位接触电焊烟尘浓度为1.92~4.16 mg/m^(3),合格率为75.0%;锰及其化合物浓度为0.047~0.212 mg/m^(3),合格率为50.0%;堵漏剂生产操作岗接触木粉尘浓度为2.00~3.74 mg/m^(3),合格率为33.3%;电焊岗位、石油金属结构制作工、车工、泥浆工岗位噪声8 h等效声级为72.3~88.7 dB(A),合格率为95.8%,其余检测均未超标。结论 该用人单位职业病危害风险分类为严重,焊接车间锰及其化合物和堵漏剂生产操作岗位接触木粉尘浓度超标严重,电焊烟尘浓度和噪声次之,均应作为职业病危害关键控制点,用人单位应加强作业场所的局部通风,防止烟尘逸散,同时要加强电焊操作工、石油金属结构制作工、堵漏剂生产操作工的个人防护和工作场所职业病危害因素监测工作。Objective To identify and detect the occupational hazard factors of petrochemical drilling industry engineering service company, evaluate the concentration(intensity) of occupational hazard factors existing in the workplace in this employer and the protective effect of occupational hazard prevention measures,and put forward supplementary and perfect suggestions for the employer to ensure the health of employees.Methods In April 2021,the conventional occupational health detection and evaluation methods were performed on Sinopec Zhongyuan Drilling Industry Engineering Service Company to evaluate the exposure level of exposed personnel and various occupational health measures.Results The key occupational hazard factors of the engineering service company were welding fume,grinding wheel dust,wood dust,other dust,manganese and its compounds,nitrogen oxides,welding arc(ultraviolet radiation) and noise.The concentration of welding fume in the welding post was 1.92-4.16mg/m^(3),with a qualified rate of 75.0%.The concentration of manganese and its compounds was 0.047-0.212 mg/m^(3),with a qualified rate of 50.0%.The concentration of wood dust in the plugging agent production operation post was 2.00-3.74 mg/m^(3),with a qualified rate of 33.3%.The equivalent sound level for 8 hours of the welding post and the posts of petroleum metal structure maker,mechanic and mud worker was 72.3-88.7 dB(A),with a qualified rate of 95.8%,and the results of other indexes met the standards.Conclusion The occupational-disease-inductive risk classification of the employer belongs to serious level,the concentrations of manganese and its compounds in welding workshop and concentration of wood dust in the plugging agent production operation post exceed the limits seriously,followed by the concentration of welding fume and noise,which should be regarded as the critical control point of occupational disease hazards.The employer should strengthen the local ventilation of the workplace to prevent the dissipation of fume,and strengthen the personal
