医学生气郁体质在注意控制与抑郁情绪间的中介作用

摘　　要：目的 探讨医学生的气郁体质在注意控制和抑郁情绪间的中介效应。方法 2021年2—10月,采用注意控制量表、贝克抑郁量表和中医体质量表对南京市某医学院校649名中医学、中西医临床医学、临床医学和针灸推拿学专业的大学生进行问卷调查,并对数据进行分析。结果 医学生的注意控制、抑郁总分和气郁体质得分分别为(51.19±6.39)、(10.06±10.19)和(30.15±20.60)分。医学生的注意控制水平与抑郁总分、气郁体质得分呈显著负相关(r=-0.306、-0.234,均P<0.01),抑郁总分与气郁体质得分呈显著正相关(r=0.513,P<0.01)。医学生气郁体质在注意控制和抑郁水平之间的中介效应值为-0.177,占总效应的38.15%。结论 注意控制既能直接影响医学生的抑郁水平,也能通过影响气郁体质作用于医学生的抑郁水平。Objective To explore the mediating effect of qi depression constitution between attention control and depression n medical students.Methods From February to October 2021,a total of 649 medical students majoring in Traditional Chinese medicine,clinical medicine of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,clinical medicine,acupuncture and massage from a medical college in Nanjing City were surveyed with attention control scale,Beck depression index and constitution of Chinese medicine questionnaire,and the data were analyzed.Results The scores of attention control,depression and qi depression constitution of the investigated medical students were(51.19±6.39),(10.06±10.19) and(30.15±20.60)points,respectively.The attention control level was significantly and negatively correlated with the total score of depression and the score of qi depression constitution(r=-0.306,-0.234,both P<0.01),and the total score of depression was significantly and positively correlated with the score of qi depression constitution(r=0.513,P<0.01).The mediating effect value of qi depression constitution between attention control and the level of depression was-0.177,accounting for 38.15% of the total effect.Conclusion The attention control can not only directly affect the depression level of medical students,but also indirectly affect the depression level through qi depression constitution.
