摘　　要：探寻高效安全救护车消毒方法,保障医患健康。方法 2021年3—4月,随机选取正在一线运行的2辆救护车在其医疗仓中进行相关实验,在救护车医疗仓中采用雾化过氧化氢终末消毒后,对物体表面采样和空气采样标本进行检测,评价其消毒效果;在采用和未采用二氧化氯空气消毒机随时消毒的救护车医疗仓进行空气采样,对标本检测结果进行分析,评价其空气消毒效果。结果 使用雾化过氧化氢终末消毒,物表和空气中自然菌落数明显低于消毒前,指示微生物平均杀灭率≥99.999%;使用二氧化氯空气消毒机随时消毒,医疗舱空气中自然菌落数明显低于未使用此设备的救护车医疗舱。结论 采用雾化过氧化氢实施终末消毒可作为院前救护车消毒的适宜措施,增加随时消毒装置后可以作为终末消毒前的补充手段。Objective To explore efficient and safe ambulance disinfection method for ensuring the health of doctors and patients.Methods From March to April 2021,two ambulances running on the front line were randomly selected for relevant experiments in their medical cabin.After terminal disinfection with atomized hydrogen peroxide in medical cabin of ambulances,the surface samples and air samples were tested to evaluate the disinfection effect.The air samples were collected in medical cabin with and without current disinfection by the chlorine dioxide air disinfector,and the samples testing results were analyzed to evaluate the disinfection effect.Results After terminal disinfection with atomized hydrogen peroxide,the number of natural colonies on object surface and air was significantly lower than that before disinfection.The average killing rate of indicator microorganisms was≥99.999%.With the current disinfection by the chlorine dioxide air disinfector,the number of natural colonies in the air of the medical cabin was significantly lower than the cabin without this equipment.Conclusion The terminal disinfection with atomized hydrogen peroxide can be used as an appropriate measure for pre-hospital ambulance disinfection,and it combined with current disinfection equipment can be adopted as a supplementary method before terminal disinfection.
