摘 要:随着恶性肿瘤发生率增加,肿瘤科护士的工作量和工作压力也不断增加,加上其工作环境和服务对象的特殊性,使其成为职业倦怠的高发人群,而职业倦怠对护士的身心均有危害,阻碍着医疗卫生事业的发展。我们综述肿瘤科护士发生职业倦怠的原因,归纳针对性的干预建议,为制定缓解肿瘤科护士职业倦怠的干预措施提供理论依据,加强肿瘤科护士对职业倦怠的防护意识,提高其工作积极性、职业幸福感和成就感,降低职业倦怠的发生率,巩固护理人才提高肿瘤患者及其家属对医疗卫生的满意度,改善目前临床护士职业倦怠现状,促进医疗卫生事业的发展。With the increase of the incidence of malignant tumors,the workload and work pressure of nurses in oncology department are also constantly increasing.Coupled with the particularity of their working environment and clients,they become a group with high incidence of job burnout,which is harmful to nurses’ body and mind and hinders the development of medical and health undertakings.We review the causes of job burnout among nurses in oncology department,summarize targeted intervention suggestions,and provide theoretical basis for formulating intervention measures to alleviate job burnout among nurses in oncology department,so as to strengthen the consciousness of nurses in oncology department to protect against job burnout,improve their work enthusiasm,professional happiness and sense of achievement,reduce the incidence of job burnout,consolidate nursing talents,reduce the loss of nursing talents,and improve the satisfaction of cancer patients and their families with medical and health care,improve the current situation of clinical nurses’ job burnout,and promote the development of medical and health undertakings.
