摘 要:为了提高雪茄烟支相对湿度、密度检测精度和便于后期模型转移和维护,本研究创造性地提出采用微波检测技术结合化学计量方法进行相关模型研究和比较。对90个雪茄样品进行微波数据采集,其中,相对湿度样品90个,密度样品180个(含烘干前后)。在使用SPXY方法按照7:3的比例划分样品校正集和预测集后,对雪茄相对湿度分别采用一元线性回归、二阶多项式回归、两点分段线性回归以及偏最小二乘回归(PLSR)等4种方法进行建模分析;对其密度采用多元线性回归(MLR)和PLSR建模分析。结果表明:在雪茄烟相对湿度、密度分析中,采用PLSR建立的模型,其校正相关系数R_(c)、预测相关系数R_(p)均有所提高。另外,将传统的一/多元线性回归模型的检测误差从0.58%、0.0093g·cm^(−3),分别减小到0.19%和0.0035g·cm^(−3),有效提高了模型检测精度和稳定性,为后期模型转移和维护提供了一定的思路。In order to improve the detection precision of relative humidity and density of cigar,and facilitate the later model transfer and maintenance,this paper creatively proposed to use microwave detection technology combined with chemical metrology methods to study and compare the relevant models.The microwave data of 90 cigar samples were collected,including 90 relative humidity samples and 180 density samples(including before and after drying).After using SPXY method to divide the samples into the normal set and the prediction set according to the ratio of 7:3,the relative humidity of cigar was analyzed by linear regression,second-order polynomial regression,two-point piecewise linear regression and partial least squares regression.Its density was modeled by multiple linear regression(MLR)and PLSR.The results showed that the corrected correlation coefficient R_(C) and predicted correlation coefficient R_(P) of the model established by PLSR were improved in the analysis of relative humidity and density of cigar.In addition,the detection errors of the traditional linear regression model were reduced from 0.58%and 0.0093 g·cm^(-3) to 0.19%and 0.0035g·cm^(-3),respectively,which effectively improved the detection accuracy and stability of the model.
