摘 要:开展花椰菜品种鉴定可以有效防止同名异物、同物异名等现象产生,同时也是花椰菜种质资源保存以及新品种选育的基础。本文综述了几种主要分子标记技术在花椰菜品种鉴定中的应用与研究进展,并进行了横向对比,以期为花椰菜品种鉴定、遗传亲缘关系研究、良种繁育等提供参考依据。The identification of cauliflower varieties is an effective way to prevent the occurance of phenomena such as homonym and synonym,and also a fundamental work for germplasm resources conservation and new variety breeding of cauliflower.This paper reviewed the application and research progress made in cauliflower variety identification by several main molecular marker technologies.And horizontal comparison was carried out,so as to provide references for cauliflower variety identification,genetic relationship study and fine variety breeding.
