态度改变理论在高校监督执纪思想教育转化中的应用研究

摘　　要：“惩前毖后、治病救人”是我们党正确对待和处理犯错误同志的科学态度和有效方法。要贯彻落实好这一方针,就需要纪检监察机关将思想政治教育贯穿监督执纪执法全过程。考虑态度改变过程与思想政治教育具有内在一致性,将认知失调、平衡理论和态度改变—说服模型引入高校纪检监察工作情境;从态度改变理论视角即审查调查人员、审查调查对象、教育内容和方式等方面,就如何充分发挥思想政治教育作用提出建议;并结合高校纪检监察机构审查、调查、谈话各阶段就如何推进思想教育转化给出应对策略。“Learn from past mistakes to avoid future ones and cure the sickness to save the patient”is Chinese Communist Party’s scientific attitude and effective method to correctly treat and deal with our comrades who make mistakes.To implement this policy,discipline inspection and supervision institutions need to make ideological and political education run through the whole processes of supervision and law and discipline enforcement.This paper proposes that the attitude change process is inherently consistent with ideological and political education.It introduces Cognitive dissonance theory,Cognitive balance theory and Attitude change-persuasive model into the discipline inspection and supervision situation in universities.This paper makes suggestions about how to give full play to ideological and political education under the perspective of attitude change theory,that is,examiners and investigators,examinees and respondents,the contents and methods of ideological and political education,etc.The paper combines the reality of discipline and law enforcement of universities’discipline inspection and supervision organizations,and the theory of attitude change is applied to the ideological and political education at all stages of conversations in examination and investigation and some solutions are put forward.
