摘　　要：公众信任是支撑各类社会捐献体系可持续发展的基础。然而,信任体系的构建是持续的、长久的,且难守易失。探讨了公众、捐献者及其家属在人际、体系、社会和监督等方面多对象、多维度的信任诉求,倡议各级参与机构和从业人员以此为行动导向,通过构建以社会公众及捐献者家属为中心的两大支持体系打破信任危机,共同为器官捐献事业的可持续高质量发展保驾护航。Public trust is the foundation for supporting the sustainable development of various social donation systems. However, the construction of trust system is continuous, long-term, and easily lost and difficult to defend. This study explored the multi-object and multi-dimensional trust demands of the public, donors and their families in interpersonal, system, social and supervision aspects. It was proposed that participating institutions and practitioners should take the multidimensional claims as an action-oriented, break the crisis of trust by building two major support systems centered on the public and donors’ families, and jointly safeguard the sustainable and high-quality development of organ donation.
