摘  要:“微生物学实验”是验证和巩固微生物学理论知识的重要手段,在“微生物学”的教学中占据重要地位。通过实验教学,可使学生掌握微生物学实验基本操作方法,提高学生思考问题、解决问题的能力。传统的以教师为中心的教学方法,不能有效激发学生的求知欲和创造性。开展以学生为主体的“微生物学”实验教学改革,培养本科学生助教,并使助教参与到教学工作中,培养了学生的团队意识和集体荣誉感,促进学生由被动学习转为主动学习,达到了实验教学效果,提升了学生的实验技能和综合素质,为“双一流”背景下培养高等药学专业人才奠定了基础。Microbiology experiments are an important means to verify and consolidate the theoretical knowledge of Microbiology, and play an important role in Microbiology teaching. Through experiment teaching,students can master the basic operation methods and improve their ability to think and solve problems. The traditional teacher-centered teaching methods can’t effectively stimulate students’ interest in knowledge and their creativity. Carrying out the reform of Microbiology experiment teaching with students as the main body and training student teaching assistants, and letting them participate in teaching work can cultivate students’ team work consciousness and sense of collective honor, change students from passive learning to active learning, so as to achieve the objectives of experimental teaching. The reform can improve students’ experiment skills and comprehensive quality and lay a foundation for the cultivation of high-quality pharmaceutical professionals under the background of “double first-class” construction.
