综合性实验在医学信息专业编程课中的实践研究

摘  要:编程类课程属于实践性课程,传统的实验课程设置是以基础实验为主,导致每个学生的实验成绩区分度不高,学生缺乏独立思考意识,进而打击了学生的积极性并抑制了学生的个性发展。通过比较传统的基础实验和综合性实验设置对学生学习成效的影响,发现综合性实验能有效提高学生的学习成效,充分发挥学生的主观能动性和独立操作能力,以培养学生的综合设计能力和创新意识,使学生具备可视化开发环境下的编程设计能力、良好的程序设计素养与规范的程序设计方法,从而能独立开发出具有实际意义的程序,毕业时能更好地适应市场的需求。The programming course is a practical course. The traditional programming experiment course is based on basic experiment, which leads to the lack of differentiation of each student’ experiment scores and the lack of independent thinking of students, thus lowering students’ enthusiasm and inhibiting the development of their personality. In this study, we find that comprehensive experiment can effectively improve students’ learning effect by comparing the traditional basic experiment and comprehensive experiment. Therefore, comprehensive experiment can give full play to students’ subjective initiative and independent operation ability. Comprehensive experiment can cultivate students’ comprehensive design ability and innovation consciousness. And it can enable students to have the programming design ability under visual development environment, good programming literacy and standardized programming design methods, so as to independently develop practical programs and adapt to the needs of the market after graduation. And it can strengthen students’ interest in programming courses and achieve better learning results.
