新时代志愿者服务工作的探索与思考--以河南省为例

摘　　要：新时代河南省志愿者服务工作在开展学雷锋日活动、打造“文明使者”志愿服务站品牌、党员志愿服务活动、送温暖志愿服务和农村志愿服务活动、社区志愿服务活动、公共文化设施志愿服务等方面进行了积极探索,特别是这两年积极参加了疫情防控。新时代河南省志愿者服务工作取得了显著成效,也积累了多方面的有益经验。同时,志愿服务规模仍需进一步扩大以及工作开展需要进一步均衡,志愿服务意识和精神有待进一步普及和深化,志愿服务保障激励机制有待进一步完善和落实,志愿者组织自身需要改进。新时代深化河南省志愿者服务工作应着力实现运作社会化、活动项目化、服务专业化、激励长效化、培训常态化、保障法治化。In the new era,Henan province’s volunteer service work has explored and carried out actively various activities such as the day of learning from Leifeng,building the volunteer service station of“civilized messenger”,party members’volunteer service,and the volunteer service of sending warmth,for rural areas,in the communities,and for public cultural facilities etc.Especially this year it actively participated in the epidemic prevention and control.In the new era,volunteer service in Henan province has achieved remarkable results and accumulated much useful experience.At the same time,this work still faces some urgent problems to be solved,for example,the scale of voluntary service needs to be expanded and its work needs to be further balanced;the consciousness and spirit of voluntary service need to be further popularized and deepened;the guarantee and incentive mechanism for voluntary service needs to be further improved and implemented;and the volunteer organizations need to improve themselves etc.In the new era,to deepen the volunteer service in Henan province,we should try to realize the socialization of the operation,the project form of the activities,the specialization of service,the long-term incentive,the normalization of training,and the legalization of the guarantee.
