摘　　要：甘薯根腐病是一种对甘薯生产有严重危害性的土传病害,对甘薯的产量和品质影响大.基于国内外报道,对甘薯根腐病的病原菌特征、病原菌鉴定、发病规律及甘薯响应根腐病病原菌侵染机制和根腐病的防治方法等进行概述,为甘薯根腐病抗病育种提供研究方向,以便更好地为农业防治根腐病提供参考.Root rot of sweetpotato is a soil-borne disease that is harmful for sweetpotato production.The disease has a great impact on the yield and quality of sweetpotato,resulting in yield reduction and quality decline.Based on research reports on root rot at home and abroad,the pathogen characteristics,pathogen identification,pathogenesis regularity,infection mechanism,and control methods of sweetpotato root rot are summarized and the research direction for sweetpotato root rot disease resistance breeding is provided,so as to better provide a reference for agricultural control of root rot.
