摘  要:“腐蚀防护技术”是金属材料工程专业的一门重要的专业课。以工程应用能力提升为导向,在掌握金属腐蚀防护技术的基本原理、方法和工程设计知识基础上,能制定正确、完整的防腐蚀方案,进行合理的腐蚀保护设计的能力是其教学的核心要素。然而该课程面临着课程综合性强、知识面跨度大、学生欠缺在不同场景下解决实际复杂工程问题的能力等问题。针对上述教学问题,面向工程应用能力的培养,基于OBE理念,开展案例教学,反复强化学生对专业知识的理解,同时利用翻转课堂构建教学过程,以学生为中心,发挥学生的主观能动性,全面提升其解决复杂工程问题的能力。Corrosion Protection Technology is an important professional course for metal materials engineering major.Guided by the improvement of engineering application ability,and on the basis of mastering the basic principles,methods and engineering design knowledge of metal corrosion protection technology,to cultivate students’ability to correctly formulate a complete corrosion protection scheme and to conduct reasonable corrosion protection design are the core elements of the course teaching.However,the course teaching is faced with a series of problems,such as the strong comprehensiveness of the course,the large span of knowledge,and the students’insufficient ability to solve practical and complex engineering problems in different scenarios.In view of the above-mentioned teaching problems,we take the training of students’engineering application ability as the goal.Based on the OBE concept,the case-based teaching is carried out in this course to repeatedly strengthen students’understanding of professional knowledge.At the same time,the flipped classroom is adopted to construct the teaching process,taking the students as the center,giving play to students’subjective initiative,and comprehensively improving their ability to solve complex engineering problems.
