摘 要:蒸汽清洗机锅炉在工作过程中处于高温高压状态,为解决锅炉内部水垢问题而导致的液位传感器失效问题,本文研究团队通过对蒸汽自动清洗机使用情况和锅炉内部工作环境进行分析,制定了一种磁控式的液位传感系统以预防锅炉内水垢的影响。通过在锅炉外壁上增加液位开关,避免了控制电路和锅炉水的直接接触,同时对传统干簧管进行改造,保证了电信号的持续输出。经过长期的运行试验验证,该液位传感技术切实可靠,适宜于运用在集成式小型水蒸气发生设备上。The steam cleaning machine boiler is in a high temperature and high pressure state during the work process.In order to solve the problem of liquid-level sensor failure caused by the internal scale problem of the boiler,the research team in this article forms a one to analyze the use of the steam automatic cleaning machine and the internal working environment of the boiler to formulate a one The magnetic-controlled liquid level sensing system is used to prevent the impact of scale in the boiler.By adding a liquid level switch on the outer wall of the boiler,the direct contact between the control circuit and the boiler water are avoided,and the traditional cadre scouts are transformed to ensure the continuous output of the electrical signal.After a long-term operation test verification,the liquid level sensing technology is really reliable and is suitable for the use of integrated small water vapor equipment.
