摘 要:直流配电网可以高效地接纳储能装置和分布式电源,明显改善电能质量和输电能力,为确保其安全、可靠、稳定的运行,该文提供一种基于高低频电压幅值比的边界保护技术。首先,研究直流线路发生极间短路故障的响应过程,以及过渡电阻对故障过程的具体影响;其次,在直流配电网线路的两端配置限流电抗器,作用于边界元件,运用其边界特性,研究故障区域内部和外部的故障特点以及高低频电压幅值比,并提出直流线路的保护判据和保护流程。最后,在PSCAD/EMTDC平台搭建配有限流电抗器的两端供电型直流配电网模型,通过仿真验证确保所提方法能迅速且有选择性地识别出故障线路并切除。DC distribution network can impove the quality and transmission capability of electrical energy obviously through accepting energy storage devices and distributed generation.In this paper a boundary protection technology based on high and low frequency voltage amplitude ratio is proposed to ensure DC distribution network safe,reliable and stable operation.Firstly,the response workflow of inter pole short circuit fault in DC line and the detailed hand of transition resistance on the impediment process are analyzed.Secondly,in this version,a safeguard norm and protection protocol of DC line are proposed which using the frontier characteristics of boundary elements to research the fault properties inside and outside of the fault area and the amplitude ratio of high and low frequency voltage.The boundary element is style by allocate current limiting reactors at both ends of the DC distribution network line.Finally,on PSCAD/EMTDC platform,a two details power supply DC distribution network model with finite current reactor is built.Through the simulation dispatch,it is credible that the proposed method can rapidly and selectively irecognize and remove the fault line by means of the simulation results.
