摘 要:钢架形变监测系统测量性能优劣是钢架结构安全状态评估的关键,而形变的测量精度容易受到环境的影响,尤其是温度的变化对激光测量造成非常大的影响。因此温度估计在动态测量场景中有重要应用。为提高激光测量钢架形变的精度,通过分析温度变化后激光位移量的区间分布,提出基于形变均值拟合的钢架形变测量温度估计模型。实验结果表明,对照线性回归和非线性回归两种方式,对于湿度和光照强度变化较大的条件下,偏差不超过±75μm,且幂函数拟合的温度估计模型的均方根差较线性拟合的小。使用幂函数进行均值拟合的温度估计模型,适用于以温度为主要变化因素的钢架形变测量系统,温度估计模型为进一步提高形变监测精度提供了有效手段。The measurement performance of steel frame deformation monitoring system is the key to the safety state evaluation of steel frame structure,and the measurement accuracy of deformation is easily affected by the environment,especially the change of temperature has a great impact on laser measurement.Therefore,temperature compensation has important applications in dynamic measurement scenarios.In order to improve the accuracy of laser measurement of steel frame deformation,by analyzing the interval distribution of laser displacement after temperature change,a temperature compensation model for steel frame deformation measurement based on deformation mean fitting is proposed.The experimental results show that compared with linear regression and nonlinear regression,the deviation is not more than±75μm under the condition of large changes in humidity and light intensity.And the root mean square difference of the power function fitting temperature compensation model is smaller than that of the linear fitting.The temperature compensation model using power function for mean fitting is suitable for the steel frame deformation measurement system with temperature as the main change factor.The temperature compensation model provides effective means to improve the accuracy of deformation monitoring.
