摘 要:刀片磨损是影响砂轮划片机切割品质的重要因素之一,需要定期检测刀片在划切过程中的磨损量,同时对进刀量予以补偿。详细介绍了用于测量刀片磨损量的接触式测高和非接触式测高2种方法,通过分析计算不同装配偏差值对非接触式测高偏差值的影响,得出光纤检测点与刀片中心运动轨迹线的水平偏差值对刀片磨损量的检测偏差值有一定影响的,需要在组装过程中通过减小水平偏差值来提高非接触式测高的准确度。Blade wear is one of the important factors affecting the cutting quality of grinding wheel blade cutter.In the process of cutting,it is necessary to detect the wear degree of blade regularly and compensate the cutting depth.In this paper,two methods of contact and non-contact altimeters for measuring blade wear are introduced in detail.By calculating the influence of different assembly deviation values on the non-contact altimeter,it is concluded that the horizontal deviation value between the optical fiber detection point and the blade center motion track line has a certain influence on the detection deviation value of blade wear.The accuracy of non-contact altimeter measurement can be improved by reducing the horizontal deviation during assembly.
