摘  要:某型轮速传感器在高频转速工作过程中频发输出信号电压幅值低于设计值问题。针对该类典型故障,开展轮速传感器故障理论分析和试验验证,确认传感器永磁合金因着陆冲击发生了不可逆的退磁为该故障的直接原因。针对故障原因,优化轮速传感器设计,增加了转子与永磁合金间隙控制,改进了永磁合金材料,经产品静态性能测试及整机着陆冲击包络试验验证,该设计改进有效,能保证飞机长期使用的可靠性。Voltage amplitude of frequent output signals of a certain type of wheel speed sensor is lower than design value in the working process of high frequency speed.For the typical faults,theoretical analysis and experimental verification of wheel speed sensor faults are carried out,and it was confirmed that irreversible demagnetization of sensor permanent magnet alloy due to landing impact was the direct cause of this fault.Aiming at the fault reason,the design of wheel speed sensor is optimized,the gap control between rotor and permanent magnet alloy is added,and the permanent magnet alloy material is improved.The static performance test of the product and the landing impact envelope test of the whole machine verify that the design improvement is effective and can ensure the reliability of the aircraft for long-term use.
