摘 要:银缕梅是我国特有的珍稀保护植物,其无论树形还是叶色都极具观赏价值,但由于遗传和环境影响,该物种处于极度濒危状态。银缕梅濒危主要归因于其属于极小基因组,遗传多样性低且表达困难;同时种群分布区域窄、环境生态因子胁迫、传粉困难、种间竞争力低下等因素也极大地制约了该物种的生存和生长。为了扩大银缕梅野生种群和保护生物多样性,目前已开展了人工繁育和栖息地保护等多方面的工作。在现有的研究基础上,本文对银缕梅濒危机理和人工繁育进行了综合讨论和进展总结,并对后续工作提出了系列建议。Parrotia subaequalis is a unique rare and endangered wild protection plant in China,and both its tree form and leaf color are of great ornamental value.However,Parrotia subaequalis is critically endangered due to its genetic and environmental impacts.The endangered mechanism of Parrotia subaequalis is specifically manifested in its small genome,low genetic diversity,resulting in expression difficulties,and the narrow distribution area,stress of various ecological factors,pollination difficulties and low interspecific competitiveness also greatly restrict its survival and growth.In order to expand the wild population of Parrotia subaequalis and protect biodiversity,current scholars have carried out various work such as artificial breeding and habitat protection.In this paper suggestions are made for the future research of endangered mechanism and the protection direction of artificial breeding.
