摘  要:国内外不同海底管道标准基于的计算原理存在差异,针对海底管道的壁厚计算,不同标准的要求也存在区别。这导致设计人员在进行管道设计时,采用不同标准选择的参数数值不同,计算的壁厚不同。文中分析了不同海底管道标准对壁厚计算中设计系数、壁厚校核的要求差异以及计算原理的区别,进行了工程实例计算与比较,并在软件中进行了验证。对海底管道设计中的标准选择提出了建议。Different offshore pipeline standards at home and abroad are based on different calculation principles.For the wall thickness calculation of offshore pipeline,the requirements of different standards are also different.This leads to different parameters selected by different standards and different wall thicknesses calculated by designers in pipeline design.This paper analyzed the differences of design coefficient,wall thickness check different requirements and calculation principle in wall thickness calculation of different offshore pipeline standards,the calculation and comparison of engineering examples were carried out and verified in software.Suggestions on how to select the standards used in offshore pipeline design were put forward.
