摘 要:为了解决高品味铝矾土资源匮乏和固废煤矸石合理处理的问题,本实验采用焦宝石熟料和煤矸石作为原料完全替代铝矾土,混合后制备陶粒支撑剂,在经过不同温度烧结后研究了煤矸石添加量对支撑剂性能的影响,并利用XRD、SEM等手段对不同温度烧结的支撑剂的物相组成和微观形貌进行了分析,确定了煤矸石的最优添加量和相应的烧结温度。结果表明:支撑剂的物相组成主要为莫来石相和方石英,随温度升高晶粒长大,结构致密化。在35 MPa封闭压力下,添加30%煤矸石在1300℃下烧结或添加40%煤矸石在1350℃下烧结较为合适;在52 MPa封闭压力下,添加30%煤矸石在1400℃下烧结较为合适。In order to solve the lack of high alumina bauxite resources and the reasonable disposal of solid waste, the experiment used calcined flint clay and coal gangue as raw materials to replace bauxite, and ceramsite proppant was prepared after mixing.The effect of the addition of coal gangue on the performance of the proppant was studied after sintering at different temperatures.And the phase composition and micro-morphology of ceramsite proppant sintered at different temperatures were analyzed by XRD,SEM,etc.,the optimal addition amount of coal gangue and the corresponding sintering temperature were determined.The results show that the phase composition of the proppant is mainly mullite and cristobalite.With the increase of temperature, the crystal grains grow and the structure becomes dense.Under the closed pressure of 35 MPa, it is more appropriate to add 30% coal gangue with being sintered at 1 300 ℃ or add 40% coal gangue with being sintered at 1 350 ℃.Under 52 MPa closed pressure, it is appropriate to add 30% coal gangue with being sintered at 1 400 ℃.
