摘  要:为实现对星敏感器的精确标定,对光学系统提出很高的成像位置精度要求及多星模拟能力,需设计具备大视场、低畸变的光学系统。研究了采用自由曲面设计离轴反射式光学系统的方法,通过求解离轴初始结构,分析矢量像差理论及自由曲面多项式的面型特征,给出了像差平衡方式。利用该方法设计了指标为F数=8,焦距为800 mm,视场角为2.4°,工作在400~1100 nm,畸变小于0.0011%,MTF接近衍射极限的光学系统。设计结果表明,该光学系统可用于对星敏感器的检测与标定,证明了该设计方法的有效性。In order to achieve the accurate calibration of star sensor,it is necessary to design an optical system with large field of view and low distortion,which requires high imaging position accuracy and multi-star simulation ability.In this paper,the method of designing off-axis reflective optical system with free-form surface is studied.By solving the off-axis initial structure,the theory of vector aberration and the feature of the polynomial of free-form surface are analyzed,and the aberration balance method is given.Using this method,an optical system with index F/#=8,focal length of 800 mm,field Angle of view of 2.4°,working at 400~1100 nm,distortion less than 0.0011%,MTF close to diffraction limit is designed.The design results show that the optical system can be used to detect and calibrate the star sensor,which proves the effectiveness of the design method.
