摘 要:红外透过率是评价锗玻璃光学性能的重要参数,为简便高效测量锗玻璃透过率,提出了一种基于热像仪测试锗玻璃积分透过率的新方法。对测试透过率过程中干扰机理分析,确定干扰辐射来源,介绍系统组成与工作原理,推导出辐射响应函数分析误差因素,定义指示因子,阐述了目标与环境温差对测量的中间变量温度的影响,进行实验验证。测试结果表明采用该方法测量锗玻璃红外透过率,主要受目标与环境温差影响,当温差较小时,会带来较大测试误差,而当温差大于40℃时,透过率测试精度有显著提高,透过率测试绝对误差控制在5%以内。Infrared transmittance is an important parameter to evaluate the optical properties of germanium glass.In order to measure the transmittance of germanium glass conveniently and efficiently,a new method based on thermography is proposed to measure the integral transmittance of germanium glass.In this paper,the interference mechanism in the process of measuring transmittance is analyzed;the source of interference radiation is determined;t he composition and working principle of the system are introduced;the analysis error factor of the radiation response function is deduced;the indicator factor is defined;the influence on the temperature of the intermediate variable measured is expounded;and experimental verification is conducted.The test results show that the infrared transmittance of germanium glass measured by this method is mainly affected by the temperature difference between the target and the environment.When the temperature difference is small,it will bring a large test error.When the temperature difference is greater than 40℃,the accuracy of the transmittance test is significantly improved;and the absolute error of the transmittance test is controlled within 5%.
