摘 要:独山子石化公司乙烯装置烧焦气焦粒分离器结构形式为旋风分离器。该分离器结构简单,且能够承受较高的温度和压力,在分离裂解炉烧焦气中的焦粒应用效果良好。然而,分离器内壁磨损已成为严重制约其运行周期的首要问题。乙烯装置烧焦气焦粒分离器拆解后发现其内壁磨损严重,且冲刷减薄具有局部性。针对分离器内壁磨损问题,采用理论分析和数值模拟的研究方法,分析气固两相流对分离器内壁磨损的原因,提出改进措施。The structure of coke burning gas and coke particle separator in the ethylene plant at PetroChina Dushanzi Petrochemical Company is cyclone separator.With simple structure,this separator can withstand high temperature and pressure and has good application effect in separating coke particles from coke burning gas of cracking furnace.However,the wear of the inner wall of the separator has become the primary problem seriously restricting its operation cycle.After disassembling the coke burning gas and coke particle separator,it was found that its inner wall was seriously worn and the scouring thinning was local.Aiming at the wear problem of the inner wall of separator,this paper uses the research methods of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation to analyze the wear of inner wall of separator caused by gas-solid two-phase flow,and puts forward some improvement measures.
