摘  要:针对核辐射区域γ射线在线监测需求,设计了一款易操作、小体积、便携带、低功耗的智能γ能谱仪。该能谱仪在硬件上选用NaI(TI)闪烁体探测器,使用ADC+FIFO+ARM架构实现ARM高速采集接口,采用NXPARM(imx6ull)微控制器实现了数字多道脉冲幅度分析器及能谱显示与处理;软件运用ARM-Linux4.1.15内核的嵌入式系统完成了驱动开发、任务调度及资源管理,利用跨平台QT编程完成了梯形成型、幅值提取、能谱寻峰、本底扣除等多种核信号与能谱处理算法。测试表明:谱仪能量分辨率为7.50%(@662 keV),且能量响应积分非线性为9.5%,能量刻度平均偏差小于1%,仪器工作稳定,人机交互友好,能谱仪性能良好,满足现场需求,适用于多种场合下的γ能谱测量及核素识别。In order to meet the requirements of γ ray online monitoring in nuclear radiation area, an intelligence γ spectrometer was designed which is easy to operate, small size, portable and low power consumption.The hardware of the spectrometer used NaI(TI) scintillation detector, and used ADC+FIFO+ARM architecture to realize ARM high-speed acquisition interface.Digital multi-channel pulse amplitude analyzer and energy spectrum display and processing were implemented by using NXPARM(imx6 ull) microcontroller.The software used ARM-Linux4.1.15 kernel embedded system to complete the driver development, task scheduling and resource management, using cross-platform QT programming to complete the trapezoidal forming, amplitude extraction, energy spectrum peak search, background deduction and other nuclear signals and energy spectrum processing algorithms.The test shows that the spectrometer energy resolution is 7.50%(@662 keV),and the energy response integral nonlinear is 9.5%,the average deviation of the energy scale is less than 1%,the instrument work is stable, human-computer interaction is friendly, spectrometer performance is good, meeting the needs of the field, which is suitable for a variety of occasions γ energy spectrum measurement and nuclide recognition.
