摘　　要：信息活动是一种复杂的人类社会活动,蕴含着一定的道德责任。信息需要是信息利益的核心,是信息社会现实利益的集中反映,它必然是信息活动道德责任的生成动力,也是信息活动道德责任生成的客观条件和基础,即客观根源。信息活动主体的意志自由是道德责任存在的必要前提条件和先验条件,也是道德责任实现和评判的必要条件,同时还是信息活动道德责任生成和实现的主观条件,即主体根源。信息活动道德责任生成的客观根源和主体根源在信息活动道德责任实现过程中实现了高度统一。Information activity is a kind of complex human social activity,which contains certain moral responsibility.The need for information is the core of information interests and the concentrated reflection of the real interests of information society,which is inevitably the driving force for the generation of moral responsibility of information activities and the objective conditions and basis for the generation of moral responsibility of information activities,i.e.the objective root cause.The freedom of will of the subject of information activity is the necessary precondition and a priori condition for the existence of moral responsibility,as well as the necessary condition for the realization and judgment of moral responsibility,and it is also the subjective condition for the generation and realization of moral responsibility of information activity,i.e.the subjective root cause.The objective root and the subjective root of the generation of moral responsibility of information activities achieve a high degree of unity in the process of realization of moral responsibility of information activities.
