摘 要:煤炭在我国一次能源消费结构中的比重较大,其燃烧利用过程中产生的大宗固废的资源化利用是煤电化企业绿色低碳发展亟待解决的难题.利用燃煤烟气脱硫石膏改良盐碱地是工业和农业协同发展的成功典范,该项技术将煤基固废跨界应用到农业行业,既可实现工业副产物生态利用的目的,又能服务于我国大面积的盐碱地改良,是一项真正的蓝天绿地工程.本文回顾了脱硫石膏改良盐碱地技术20多年的发展历程,分析了该项技术的研究现状,系统阐述了该项技术从基础理论到工程化应用的相关工作进展.为了进一步优化脱硫石膏改良盐碱地技术的工程化应用,结合目前我国对盐碱地改良的迫切需求及脱硫石膏在工程化应用过程中突显的问题,提出了脱硫石膏减量增效的施用方式、合理的灌排措施及土地改良后的长期监管等建议,以期为大面积盐碱地快速长效治理提供理论指导和技术支撑.Coal occupies a large proportion in China’s primary energy consumption structure,and the resource utilization of bulk solid waste generated in the process of combustion and utilization is an urgent problem to be solved in the green and low-carbon development of coal power enterprises.Using flue gas desulfurization(FGD)gypsum to ameliorate saline-alkali land is a successful example of complementary development of in dustry and agriculture.This technology applies solid waste of coal power enterprises to agricultural industry across the boundary,which can realize not only the ecological utilization of desulfurization by-products but also the ame-lioration of large areas of saline-alkali land in China.Generally,it is a real blue sky and green land project.In this paper,the development history of FGD gypsum ameliorating saline-alkali land technology over the past 20 years was reviewed,the present research status was analyzed,and the progress of related work was systematically ex-pounded from technical theory to engineering application.In order to optimize the engineering application of FGD gypsum to reclaim saline-alkali land,combined with the current national demand for saline-alkali land ameliora-tion and the practical problems in its engineering application,some suggestions in the engineering construction process were put forward.Specifically,the methods of reducing the consumption and increasing the efficiency of FGD gypsum,reasonable irrigation and drainage measures,and long-term management of ameliorated land were proposed,which can provide theoretical guidance and technical support for the rapid and long-term amelioration of large areas of saline-alkali land in China.
