摘 要:随着汽车行业的快速发展,汽车成为人们出行的主要工具,汽车座椅是驾驶员和乘客最容易接触的部件,座椅异响问题直接影响驾驶员和乘客的乘坐舒适性,最容易引起客户投诉。文章选取了某车型客户投诉率较高的两种座椅异响问题,二排座椅中央扶手异响和二排座椅前后移动时滑轨异响,分别进行原因分析,制定有效的改善措施,修改了座椅泡棉的尺寸及座椅滑轨钢球的尺寸,最终解决了座椅异响问题,为后续车型设计座椅、解决座椅异响的质量问题积累了经验。With the rapid development of the automobile industry, the vehicle become the main tool for people, and the seat is the most accessible parts for drivers and passengers. The abnormal seat noise affects the comfort of drivers and passengers directly and it is the most likely to cause customer complaints. This paper selects two kinds of abnormal seat noise with high customer complaints, which are central armrest noise and seat sliders noise. It analyzes the root cause and make improvement measures, and finally solves the problem. The measure is to modify the seat foam dimension and slide track ball dimension. It provides experience in seat design and solving abnormal seat noise for subsequent models.
