摘　　要：技术创新是外科不断进步的动力,然而这些创新也有可能让病人付出巨大代价,如何客观评估创新技术对病人安全可行并加以推广一直是外科发展的主要挑战之一。2009年发表的IDEAL框架是目前得到广泛认可的外科领域临床研究方法学,该文结合作者单位研发单孔腹腔镜胃肠手术操作平台——“STAR-PORT”的过程,介绍基于IDEAL框架开展外科技术创新的体会。Technical innovation has been a constant driver for surgical advancement.However,these innovations may also come at great costs for patients.How to objectively evaluate the safety and feasibility of innovative technologies for patients and promoting them clinically has been one of the major challenges for the development of surgery.IDEAL framework published in 2009 is a widely recognized clinical research tool.This review summarized the experience of surgical technology innovation based upon the IDEAL framework through team researches and developments of single-hole laparoscopic gastrointestinal operating platform-"STAR-PORT".
