摘  要:无人机(Unmanned Aerial Vehicle,UAV)可以通过提供空中数据访问以辅助地面无线通信,然而由于无线信道的广播特性以及空地之间视距(Line-of-Sight,LoS)信道的特点,无人机与地面用户(Ground Users,GUs)之间的安全通信问题不可忽视。在一个基于无人机的通信场景下,一组无人机组成一个基于无人机虚拟天线阵列(UAV-enabled Virtual Antenna Array,UVAA),并使用协作波束成形(Collaborative Beamforming,CB)来实现与多个地面用户之间的安全通信。通过联合优化无人机的位置、激励电流权重以及与不同地面用户的通信顺序,构建一个安全和能量最小化通信多目标优化问题(Secure and Energy Minimization Communication Multi-objective Optimization Problem,SEMCMOP),并使用多目标粒子群优化算法(Multi-objective Particle Swarm Optimization,MOPSO)来解决该问题。仿真结果表明,MOPSO算法可以有效地解决所构建的SEMCMOP。Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV)can assist terrestrial wireless communications by providing data access from the sky.However,due to the broadcast nature of wireless channels and the characteristic of Line-of-Sight(LoS)channels between air and ground,the security of communications between UAVs and Ground Users(GUs)cannot be ignored.In a UAV-enabled communication scenario,a set of UAVs perform a UAV-enabled Virtual Antenna Array(UVAA)to achieve secure communications with multiple GUs by using Collaborative Beamforming(CB).By jointly optimizing the positions and excitation current weights of the UAVs,as well as the order communicating with different GUs,a Secure and Energy Minimization Communication Multi-objective Optimization Problem(SEMCMOP)is formulated,which uses Multi-objective Particle Swarm Optimization(MOPSO)to solve this problem.Simulation results verify that the MOPSO can effectively solve the formulated SEMCMOP.
