摘 要:针对航天器用4211环氧树脂体系材料在地面贮存过程中无成熟寿命评估方法可借鉴以及受时间限制无法采用自然老化法获得贮存寿命的问题,采用加速老化试验的方法研究了其湿热老化性能,建立了湿热老化寿命模型,并利用该模型对4211环氧树脂体系的贮存寿命进行了预测。结果表明:温湿度对4211环氧树脂体系材料的力学性能影响较大,拉伸试样表面形貌及断口形貌在老化试验前后未发生明显变化;材料在加速湿热老化试验过程中没有生成新的官能团;以拉伸强度指标推算出4211环氧树脂体系在温度为20℃、相对湿度为60%条件下的贮存寿命为6.1年。There is no mature life assessment method for 4211 epoxy resin system materials used in spacecraft during ground storage,and the storage life cannot be obtained by natural aging method due to time constraints.The hydrothermal aging properties of 4211 epoxy resin system materials for spacecraft were studied by accelerated aging test method.The hydrothermal aging life model of 4211 epoxy resin system for spacecraft was established and the storage life of 4211 epoxy resin system was predicted using this model.The results showed that the temperature and humidity had a great influence on the mechanical properties of 4211 epoxy resin system materials.The surface morphology and fracture morphology of the tensile samples did not change significantly before and after the aging test.Infrared spectroscopy results showed that no new functional groups were formed during the accelerated aging test.According to the change of tensile strength,the storage life of 4211 epoxy resin system under the condition of 20℃ and relative humidity of 60% was calculated to be 6.1 years.
