摘 要:针对飞行员存在加速度耐力不良的问题,探讨高压氧预处理(HBOP)对提高加速度耐力不良飞行员下体负压耐力的影响。30名加速度耐力不良飞行员作为受试者,进行多人高压氧舱3次吸氧暴露,分别于HBOP前、后测量其下体负压耐力、离心机加速度耐力、血压、心率、乳酸、氢离子浓度、二氧化碳分压、氧分压及促肾上腺皮质激素指标。与HBOP前相比,HBOP后累积应激指数增加(P<0.05),即下体负压耐力提高;对受试者进行离心机复查,4.0 G/10 s通过率达到93.3%;HBOP后舒张压升高、心率减慢,乳酸、氢离子浓度、二氧化碳分压较HBOP前降低,氧分压较HBOP前升高,且变化均具有显著性(P<0.05)。HBOP能够提高加速度耐力不良飞行员的下体负压耐力和离心机加速度耐力。Aiming at the poor acceleration endurance problem in some pilots,the effects of hyperbaric oxygen pretreatment(HBOP)on improving the lower body negative pressure endurance of those pilots were investigated.Thirty pilots with poor acceleration endurance were used as subjects and 3 times oxygen exposures were conducted in the hyperbaric oxygen chambers.The lower body negative pressure endurance,centrifuge acceleration endurance,blood pressure,heart rate,lactic acid,hydrogen ion concentration,carbon dioxide partial pressure,oxygen partial pressure and adrenal corticotropic hormone were measured before and after HBOP.Compared with that before HBOP,the cumulative stress index increased after HBOP(P<0.05),that is,the lower body negative pressure endurance increased.Thirty subjects underwent centrifuge reexamination,and the passing rate of 4.0 G/10 s reached 93.3%.After HBOP,the diastolic blood pressure increased;the heart rate slowed down;the lactic acid,hydrogen ion concentration,and carbon dioxide partial pressure decreased;and the oxygen partial pressure increased.The changes were all significant(P<0.05).HBOP can improve the lower body negative pressure endurance and centrifuge acceleration endurance in pilots with poor acceleration endurance.
