摘 要:针对刚性铰链驱动展开的太阳翼结构刚度较低带来的持续振动问题,提出了一种可刚化充气框架式太阳翼方案,分析并得到了充气管直径对充气框架式太阳翼振动特性的影响规律。在此基础上,设计并研制了太阳翼结构样机,开展了样机折叠、充气展开、结构刚化试验及振动性能试验测试。结果表明:充气框架式太阳翼可柔性折叠、发射体积小、可在轨展开并刚化成型为大面积太阳翼;结构无机械铰链,充气驱动展开过程平稳可靠,展开扰动小;刚化后结构刚度高、振动基频高(测试样机振动基频为7.5 Hz);建造和发射成本低,可应用于构建大型卫星平台、空间站等所需大面积太阳翼。Aiming at the problem of continuous vibration caused by the low rigidity of the solar wing structure driven by the rigid hinge,a rigidizable inflatable-frame solar wing scheme is proposed,and the influence of the diameter of the inflatable tube on the vibration characteristics of the rigidizable inflatable-frame solar wing is analyzed and obtained.On this basis,the solar wing structure prototype is designed and developed.The prototype folding,inflatable deployment,structural rigidity test and vibration performance test show that the inflatable frame solar wing can be folded flexibly,has a small launch volume,can be unfolded on-orbit and rigidized into a large-area solar wing,and the structure has no mechanical hinges.The inflatable drive deployment process is stable and reliable,the deployment disturbance is small,the rigidity of the structure after rigidification is high,the vibration fundamental frequency is high(the vibration fundamental frequency of the test prototype is 7.5 Hz),the construction and launch costs are low,and can be used to build large solar wings for large satellite platforms and space stations.
