摘  要:在氯化胆碱-尿素(ChCl-Urea)低共熔溶剂中电沉积制备镍磷合金镀层。采用循环伏安法和计时电流法对在ChCl-Urea-NiCl_(2)-NaH_(2)PO_(2)镀液中镍磷合金镀层的电沉积机理进行研究,使用扫描电子显微镜(SEM/EDS)和X射线衍射(XRD)对实验制备的镀层进行微观形貌及物相组成的表征,利用动电位极化曲线对其耐腐蚀性能进行分析。结果表明:ChCl-Urea低共熔溶剂的电化学窗口为2.67 V,镍磷合金镀层在ChCl-Urea-NiCl_(2)-NaH_(2)PO_(2)镀液中为不可逆的一步还原,成核机理属于典型的扩散控制三维成核生长,得到的镀层平整致密,且具有金属光泽,对基体金属具有一定的保护作用。Nickel-phosphorus alloy coating was prepared by electrodeposition in a deep eutectic solvent of ChCl-Urea.The electrodeposition mechanism of nickel-phosphorus alloy coating in ChCl-Urea-NiCl_(2)-NaH_(2)PO_(2) bath was studied by cyclic voltammetry and timing current method.The microstructure and phase composition of the coating prepared by experiment were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM/EDS)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The corrosion resistance was analyzed by potentiodynamic polarization curve.The results showed that,the electrochemical window of ChCl-Urea deep eutectic solvent was 2.67 V,and the nickel-phosphorus alloy coating was an irreversible one-step reduction in ChCl-Urea-NiCl_(2)-NaH_(2)PO_(2) plating solution.The nucleation mechanism belonged to the typical diffusion control three-dimensional nucleation growth,and the obtained coating was smooth and compact with metallic luster.It had a certain protective effect on the base metal.
