摘  要:寻找简便有效的方法对CO_(2)进行捕集和封存,是未来实现“双碳”目标、保障能源安全和实现可持续发展的重要手段。钙基吸附剂因具有高CO_(2)吸附容量、价格低、脱碳效率高、对设备污染少等优点,在高温吸附领域显示出广阔的应用前景,但在多次吸附、再生循环过程中容易烧结、循环稳定性差。针对稳定性良好的Zr掺杂改性钙基吸附剂,探究操作温度和操作气氛等操作条件对吸附性能的影响。利用热重分析仪(TGA)进行了5种操作条件下吸附性能评价,同时采用SEM、CO_(2)-TPD、XRD等进行表征。结果表明:吸附温度在650℃,脱附温度为700℃,吸附氛围为30%CO_(2)/70%N_(2)时改性吸附剂性能最好,且经过20次吸脱附循环后没有明显变化。在其他操作条件一定的情况下,随着脱附温度的升高,吸附性能降低,烧结现象更显著;随着CO_(2)浓度的增加,评价后样品的粒径逐渐增大。与CaO相比,Zr掺杂改性吸附剂的中强碱性位更强。A simple and effective method to capture CO_(2)is important to achieve the"double carbon"goal,ensure energy security and achieve sustainable development in the future.Calcium based adsorbents show broad application prospects in the field of high-temperature adsorption due to their advantages of high CO_(2)adsorption capacity,low price,high decarbonization efficiency and less pollution to equipment.However,they are easy to sinter and have poor cycling stability in the process of multiple adsorption and regeneration cycle.In this paper,the effects of operating conditions such as operating temperature and operating atmosphere on the adsorption performance of Zr-doped calcium-based adsorbent were studied.The adsorption performance under five operating conditions was evaluated by thermogravimetric analyzer(TGA),and the fresh and used adsorbents were characterized by SEM,CO_(2)-TPD and XRD.The results showed that when the adsorption temperature was 650℃,the desorption temperature was 700℃,the adsorption atmosphere was 30%CO_(2)/70%N_(2),the performance of the modified adsorbent was the best,and did not obviously change after 20 cycles of adsorption and desorption.The adsorption performance decreased and the phenomenon of sintering was more obvious with the increase of desorption temperature.The particle size of the used sample gradually increased with the increase of CO_(2)concentration.In addition,the medium strong alkaline site of Zr-doped adsorbent was stronger than pure CaO.
