摘 要:基于弗劳德相似理论模型,在燃烧腔室内搭建几何比例尺1∶4的小尺寸实验台,研究不同喷头水平距离、倾斜角度条件下水喷淋对聚苯乙烯保温板竖向燃烧的抑制效果。结果表明:灭火效果主要取决于喷头流量大小和喷淋水幕作用于墙面的位置;喷头流量一定时水幕越接近火焰前锋位置时灭火效果越好,水幕作用于预燃烧区域抑制效果优于分解区域及未燃区域。Based on Froude's similarity theory model,a small-scale experimental platform with a geometric scale of 1∶4 was built in the combustion chamber,and a full-scale simulation model was built in FDS software.The inhibition effect of water spray on the vertical combustion of polystyrene insulation board under the conditions of different flow coefficient,horizontal distance of nozzle and vertical inclination angle was studied.The results showed that the fire extinguishing effect mainly depended on the nozzle flow and the height of the spray water curtain acting on the wall.The larger the nozzle flow was,the closer the water curtain was to the flame front,the better the fire extinguishing effect was,and the inhibition effect acting on the pre-combustion area was better than that in the decomposition area and unburned area.
