摘 要:随着油田生产进程的加快,油田注水用水量不断增多,油田污水处理问题逐渐加重。通过絮凝沉淀的处理方法,能够有效对油田污水进行处理。而在这一过程中,絮凝剂不但对油田污水效果有直接影响,也决定着后续工艺流程以及出水质量。所以,为了适应油田污水不断变化的需求,絮凝剂需要不断更新。随着相关研发技术的不断优化,絮凝剂也从单一向多元化方向发展,新型高效絮凝剂实现了絮凝过程的优化,也越来越关注解决水污染处理中的环保问题。本文以油田用絮凝剂为例,探索相关絮凝剂的研究进展情况。With the acceleration of oilfield production process,the water consumption of oilfield water injection is increasing,the problem of oilfield wastewater treatment is gradually aggravated.The treatment method of flocculation and sedimentation can effectively treat oilfield wastewater.In this process,flocculants not only have a direct impact on the effect of oilfield wastewater,but also determine the subsequent process flow and effluent quality.Therefore,in order to meet the needs of oilfield wastewater changing,flocculants need to be constantly updated.With the continuous optimization of related research and development technologies,flocculants have been also developed from a single direction to a diversified direction.The new efficient flocculants have realized the optimization of flocculation process,and more and more attention has been paid to solving the environmental problems in water pollution treatment.In this paper,taking oilfield flocculant as an example,the research progress of related flocculants was explored.
