摘 要:近几十年来,有机硒化合物一直受到有机化学家的极大关注,因为它们展现出重要的药理活性,包括抗肿瘤、抗菌、抗增殖和抗炎等活性。此外,有机硒化合物在催化、有机功能性材料、有机合成等方面有着广泛的应用。传统的有机硒化合物构建方法通常依赖于使用各种活性硒试剂,但这些活性硒试剂不易保存、毒性强、需要提前制备,使其在有机合成中的应用受到很大限制。与这些传统的硒试剂相比,直接使用单质硒作为硒源无疑更具吸引力。单质硒作为构建有机硒化合物的硒试剂仍然面临着巨大的挑战,如单质硒化学活性为惰性,需要高活化能来破坏高聚合物链状结构;单质硒的存在会降低过渡金属催化剂的反应活性。Organoselium compounds have received a great deal of attention from organic chemists in recent decades because they exhibit important pharmacological activities,including anti-tumor,antibacterial,antiproliferative,and anti-inflammatory activities.In addition,organoselium compounds have a wide range of applications in catalysis,organic functional materials,organic synthesis and so on.Traditional preparation methods of organic selenium compounds usually rely on the use of various active selenium reagents,but these active selenium reagents are difficult to store,have strong toxicity and need to be prepared in advance,which greatly limits their application in organic synthesis.Compared with these traditional selenium reagents,it is undoubtedly more attractive to directly use elemental selenium as selenium source.Elemental selenium,as a selenium reagent to prepare organic selenium compounds,still faces great challenges.For example,the chemical activity of elemental selenium is inert,which requires high activation energy to destroy the chain structure of high polymers;The existence of selenium reduces the reaction activity of transition metal catalysts.
