摘　　要：甲醇回收单元是MTBE和轻汽油醚化装置生产系统中的一个重要部分,由于MTBE和轻汽油醚化装置生产环境及条件的特殊性,同时甲醇回收单元中的萃取水一直循环使用,致使酸性组分在萃取水中长期积累,从而导致甲醇回收单元在运行中很容易出现酸腐蚀的现象,采取有效措施进行脱除是非常重要的。介绍了丹东明珠特种树脂有限公司生产的T-300树脂脱酸剂、甲醇回收单元被腐蚀的原因及T-300树脂脱酸剂在甲醇回收单元的应用情况,结合工业应用数据表明T-300树脂脱酸剂对脱除甲醇回收单元中酸性物质有非常好的效果,同时减少废水的排放和防止设备腐蚀,保证MTBE和轻汽油醚化装置长周期连续运转。Methanol recovery unit is an important part of the production system in MTBE and light gasoline etherification plant.Due to the particularity of production environment and conditions,at the same time,because the extraction water in the methanol recovery unit is repeatedly recycled,acid components accumulate in the extraction water for a long time,which leads to acid corrosion in the operation of methanol recovery unit,so it is very important to take effective measures to remove them.In this paper,T-300 resin deacidification agent produced by Dandong Mingzhu special resin Co.,Ltd.was introduced,as well as the corrosion reasons of methanol recovery unit and the application of T-300 resin deacidification agent in methanol recovery unit.The industrial application data showed that T-300 resin deacidification agent had very good effect on removing acidic substances in methanol recovery unit.At the same time,the discharge of waste water was reduced,and equipment corrosion was prevented,ensuring the long-period continuous operation of MTBE and light gasoline etherification plant.
