摘  要:本文采用超声辅助水提法提取冬荪菌托多糖,并通过Sevag手段脱蛋白,通过单因素试验和响应面法,以冬荪菌托多糖提取得率为衡量指标,优化提取工艺。结果表明,冬荪菌托多糖的最佳提取工艺条件为水浴温度92℃,超声功率535 W,超声时间32 min,液料比27∶1(mL/g)。此时多糖提取得率为7.442%,与模型预测理论值7.568%相近。本研究优化所得工艺可为提取冬荪菌托多糖提供参考。In this paper,ultrasonic-assisted water extraction was used to extract polysaccharides from Phallus impudicus and deproteinized by Sevag method.The extraction rate of polysaccharides from dictyophora Phallus impudicus was optimized by single factor test and response surface method.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were water bath temperature 92℃,ultrasonic power 535 W,ultrasonic time 32 min and liquid-solid ratio 27∶1(mL/g).At this time,the extraction rate of polysaccharide was 7.442%,which was close to the theoretical value of 7.568%predicted by the model.The optimized process can provide reference for the extraction of polysaccharides from Dictyophora.
